Featured Design - Row of Baubles by Melissa

I LOVE an ornament stamp...makes me want to decorate ASAP!! :)  And the Elzybells ornaments are great to stamp once, twice... how ever much room you may have!

Although a simple design, the little details are what make it pop.  All the little A*Muse goodies, creative candy twinkle stickers, gorgeous ribbon and *my fave* - the new 4bar dot notecard - could i love it more?  :)  They are what make this card special.

I've also recently (I know I'm a little slow on the uptake...:) ) discovered the sparkly gelly roll pens - I'm in love!  Although a bit difficult to see in the picture, the ornaments have such a great little shimmer because of these pens...I'm hooked!

About Our Stamps

If you visited the UK Elzybells site, you may have noticed many other *adorable* images that are not yet available here.  We love them too and will be releasing selected images seasonally.  So look for more stamps coming in the months ahead! 

You may have also noticed a difference in the size of the stamps.  The North American version is indeed smaller as we have resized them to better fit our notecards, favorite punches, and also to make them more affordable due to their smaller size.  The size of each stamp is listed below each image on our shopping pages.

Our stamps are made right here in North America by the same manufacturer we use for our A Muse stamps.  They are made with deep-etched red rubber, closely trimmed (by hand with a scroll saw), and mounted on light-colored contoured wood mounts.  So you can be assured of the high quality of our Elzybells NA stamps.

These stamps will be available at many of your local stamp stores this week.  If you local store is not carrying these stamps, be sure to let them know!  We really do encourage you to support your local LSS and many of our current stores have orders en route.  If you do not have an LSS nearby, you may purchase here through our Paypal shopping cart using the links on the right sidebar.

Featured Design - Mouse Bauble by Novell

We have so many great cards in our new Design Studio so we thought we'd feature some of our designer's favorites.  This first design is by Novell - don't you love how she did the ornament layer?!  

Mouse Bauble By Novell Eckstrom

My favorite Elzybells card that I created is the Mouse Bauble. It just cracks me up that this mouse is hanging from a branch, staring at the reflected image of himself in an ornament. I can picture him thinking "Wow, I have a really big head!" The rest of the card just came together. I wanted to incorporate brown because of the mouse, hence the notecard. I wanted a bright ornament that would show the reflection off well so I chose the blue. I used a larger green circle to mount it on to coordinate with the green from the branch tips and then used my scallop scissors to create an ornament top. I adhered a paperclip to the back of that with a glue dot and tied on some ribbon. Voila! Totally fun card guaranteed to make someone smile!
