Hello eager stampers!
It appears that our inbox at orders@amuseartstamps.com overfloweth with requests concerning the status of orders. If we pause to respond to all of these emails, it means that we will not be able to focus on the most important task at hand which is to ship stamps!
If you ordered Elzybells stamps between January 18th (release of the Friendship collection) and noon on January 25th, it is most likely that your order has shipped. All of our orders ship via the US Postal Service so keep an eye on your mailbox.
We are looking into an improved online shipping system to provide you with better tracking information concerning your orders. In the meantime, we will do our best to respond to your email inquiries within the next 3 business days.
Please note that our distribution center is open weekdays only between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Orders placed outside of our distribution hours are processed the next business days. We do not process orders over the weekend.

We thought it'd be fun to feature some new Friendship card ideas from each of our design team members. So here are a few adorable designs by Melissa Oseran!
Thank you to all of your for your incredible support of our Friendship release! Wow!! Everyone seems to REALLY like this release!
I just wanted to pop in here and give you a bit of an update since I know that many of you are *eagerly* awaiting your stamps.
We have shipped 85% of the orders received for the new Friendship release. Monday was a postal holiday here in the U.S. so no packages were shipped this day. Our postal carrier had to pull his truck right up to our door yesterday to take all of the packages we had for him and we delivered even more packages to the post before they closed for the day. So, this means that if you placed an order for the new stamps, prior to Tuesday, you should be receiving them any day now - go check your mailbox!
We did run out of a few items about mid-day yesterday and we are awaiting a new shipment arriving tomorrow morning with the stamps we are out of. This means we should be able to ship all remaining orders tomorrow - yes, even those that are placed tonight!

Edited to add a note from Novell about creating the scallops: "The scallops were done by stamping the A Muse Scallop Line stamp on the A Muse Black/White bold stripe notecard, then carefully cutting just outside of the scalloped line. I then adhered that piece to the A Muse Pink Awning notecard with dimensionals to pop the black/white awning up."
