Shipping (United States):
It is our policy to ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail service generally takes 2-3 days throughout the United States; however, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Credit card orders will not be charged until the order is shipped. *Washington residents please add 8.9% for sales tax.

Shipping (Canada and Mexico):
Due to the variances in international shipping rates, we calculate shipping charges at the time of shipping. We aim to find the most cost-effective shipping solutions for our international customers and charge actual postage. All orders must be paid for by VISA or MasterCard and are payable in US funds. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unused or defective merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the original packing slip invoice using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or provide a refund as per your instructions. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your return.
